Arabic-Speaking Administrator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support**: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and reports.
- **Translation & Interpretation**: Translate documents, presentations, and correspondence from English to Arabic and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls as needed.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, files, and records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support company-wide goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Fluency**: Must be fluent in both written and spoken **Arabic and English**.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required. Experience in a similar role within a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
