Electrical and Electronics Engineering Lecturer

**Location** : Al Qusais - Dubai
**Work Type**: Part-Time
**Remuneration**: Hourly or session-based, as per institutional norms
**Working Hours**: As per class schedule (weekdays and/or weekends)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions for diploma/degree students
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
- Conduct lab sessions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance
- Guide students on academic projects and technical assignments
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning as required
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required
- A Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Prior teaching experience or industry exposure in the relevant field
- Excellent communication abilities and effective classroom management skills
