Job Description The role of a Service Engineer - Electrical is pivotal in ensuring the optimal operation of electrical systems and devices. As a Service Engineer specializing in electrical services, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and technical support for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Document service and installation actions, utilizing detailed work logs and reports. Assist in the installation and calibration of new electrical equipment and systems. Train and support technicians and other service personnel in best practices. Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety standards and regulations. Respond swiftly to service requests to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain and manage inventory of service parts and equipment materials. Coordinate with clients to understand and address their specific service needs. Conduct performance testing and quality assurance checks on repaired systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting roles. Strong understanding of electronic schematics and circuit diagrams. Excellent problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude are essential. Familiarity with industry safety standards and electrical codes is required. Ability to work independently or collaborate effectively with a team.
