**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Ensure full compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement security procedures, protocols, and emergency response plans.

**Compliance & Regulatory Duties**:

- Ensure that all security personnel are SIRA-certified and operating within regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with SIRA and Dubai Police requirements.
- Coordinate with SIRA and other regulatory bodies for inspections, certifications, and updates.

**Team Management**:

- Supervise daily operations of security personnel, including scheduling, deployment, and performance management.
- Organize SIRA-mandated training and refreshers for security staff.
- Conduct recruitment, screening, and onboarding of security guards in line with UAE standards.

**Security Systems Oversight**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
- Ensure all systems are SIRA-approved, operational, and regularly maintained.
- Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and upgrades.

**Incident and Risk Management**:

- Lead response efforts for security incidents, emergencies, or breaches.
- Conduct investigations and maintain incident documentation.
- Develop risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize vulnerabilities.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, patrols, and staff certifications.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all documentation meets SIRA compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid SIRA Security Manager License.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a security supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE security laws and SIRA regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in handling modern security systems and reporting tools.
