**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure that all security operations are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring that they are trained to handle a range of situations and equipped with the latest technology
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific security needs and develop customized security plans to meet those needs
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Manage and maintain all security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure that the company is up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices
- Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest security protocols and procedures
- Investigate any security incidents or breaches and develop strategies to prevent them from happening in the future
- Prepare regular reports on the security operations of the company and present them to senior management

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of security personnel
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, with experience in developing and implementing security plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the flexibility to work outside of regular office hours when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
