**Primary Role and Responsibilities includes below**:
**- Run the Event Sales and Event management.**

**- Managing the entire Events Team with at most due diligence.**

**- Keeping the CEO apprised of significant events.**

**- Collaborating with the CEO and consulting with them on important decisions;**

**- Creating business initiatives, operation strategies and policies often related to minimizing expenses;**

**- Communicating business strategy and policy to employees and delegating projects;**

**- Executing a company's business plans;**

**- Accountable to manage Dubai events end to end in initial period and gradually taking over other global events.**Organizing conferences and events for the company across the world, which are largely financial hotspots such as New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Dubai, Mumbai etc.
- Assist SWFI Members and Sponsors in requests
- Liaison with SWFI editorial on specific requests
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts in discussion with internal teams which will include activities such as budgeting, permit planning (if needed)
- Researching venues, vendors, logistics etc.
- Leading marketing activities across membership base for participation in the events
- Managing pre-event and post event activities such as PR, invoicing with internal/external teams
- Provide white-glove customer service
- Willingness to travel overseas extensively (Having US visa B1/B2 will be considered a bonus)
- Masters Degree preferred in communications, hospitality
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizing events of either global or national scale, with a preference to organizing events related to finance/business/commerce
- Project management experience - highly organized, multi-tasking and ability to work across multiple time zones for co-ordination
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team management experience mandatory (for director role only)

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per year
