We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Assistant to join our laboratory team. As a Lab Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations, conducting tests, and preparing samples for analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process laboratory samples for testing and analysis
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood draws and urinalyses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results and procedures
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Assist laboratory technicians and technologists with complex tests and procedures
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a laboratory assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Working Conditions:

- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting
