Project Supervisor – Innovation Lab Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates We are a team dedicated to introducing low‑cost automation solutions in the MENA region. The right candidate will assist the Operations Integration Team by performing the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Project administration PO/Vendor management and delivery tracking with vendors Support on the floor during trial/pilot phases Data recording for projects during trials/pilot phases (through Amazon portals, time‑motion studies) Provide project updates and office hours with different teams during roll‑out or pilot phases (when required) Push compliance for trial/pilot phases for new ideas on the floor Concept design/model design from AutoCAD Use the lab 3D printing machine for prototypes Operate and maintain new physical lab testing equipment Lead lab equipment operation and manage usage intake by other teams Basic troubleshooting of equipment (training will be provided) Oversee meetings and delegates to the lab (basic settings, document updates, project briefs, lab tours) Train other team members Handle new testing for site assessment tests Administer multiple projects simultaneously Conduct physical testing of new equipment Connect with new vendors to build MENA’s own vendor base Coordinate lab visits for internal or external stakeholders Qualifications Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics, Communications, Instrumentation, and Controls. At least 1 year of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision‑making processes.
