Business Consultant / Business Partner Job Duties:
:Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
:Increase Monthly Sales and Develop quality Business with good revenue
:Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
:Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients
:Based on clients' requirements, work on projects
:Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
:Develop detailed business plans
:Determine the project's KPIs
:Explore business plans and business in globally and help to generate good revenue to company
:Develop high-quality business strategies and plans.
:Ensure strategy alignment with objectives.
:Lead with an example and motivate subordinates.
:Encourage employee engagement.
:Train a high performing managerial team.
: Convert high-quality and quantity business/ revenue
:Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution
:Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
:Maintain contact with important shareholders

Terms: We are looking very challenging business consultant cum partner, who has very good knowledge about business development
Business Expansion, increase business and manage revenue, make high quality and quantity business.
We will offer Share holder in our company directly of 20% we are not looking employees on monthly salary basis.

**Salary**: Up to AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total: 6 years (preferred)
