A bit about the role...
Leading and managing all elements of the Costa Coffee business within MENA Franchise Retail and ensure that Costa Franchising Standards are implemented. You will have end-to-end ownership of the MENA Franchise Retail strategy across existing markets (plus new markets that are transferred once contracts signed).
- Accelerate store growth of existing MENA Franchise business via achievement of aggressive NSO targets, along with the management of poor performing franchisees.
- Drive LfL growth of sales through transaction and ATV improvement consistent with our franchise profitability goals.
- Drive profitability of our franchise system through business / commercial model changes and new asset types to facilitate the above.
- Work with local franchise GMs to engage and build locally relevant strategies for each country / partner.
- Strategically partner with franchisees - driving a prioritisation in franchisees that enable Costa businesses to grow faster and more profitable
- Working closely with partners to support delivery of Costa global brand standards and guest experiences across all markets
- Ensure appropriate and robust processes are in place with defined KPIs to monitor franchisee performance against objectives.
A bit about you
You will have multi functional (Franchise Management, Operations, Site Selection) international experience within a multinational food and beverage brand. Been in a role where you have managed franchised business and understand the business planning cycles and the agreements and processes that form the core of a successful franchise.
