**About Cosmos Sports Academy**:
Cosmos Sports Academy, a division of Cosmos Sports, specializes in training and coaching for various sports, including Cricket, badminton, football, basketball, swimming, and more. We are dedicated to nurturing young athletes and fostering a passion for sports through high-quality training and mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Product Knowledge**:

- Drive sales of cricket equipment, apparel, and accessories by providing expert advice to customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cricket gear, including bats, balls, pads, gloves, and other accessories.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' requirements, playing levels, and preferences.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Educate customers about product care, including the repair and maintenance of cricket bats and gear.
- Assist in troubleshooting and recommending repairs for damaged equipment.
- **Product Repair & Maintenance**:

- Assist customers with bat repairs and customization (e.g., grip changes, bat knocking, edge repairs).
- Offer expert advice on bat care and maintenance to prolong product life.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **cricket equipment sales**, preferably within the UAE market.
- Hands-on experience with **bat repairing and customization**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local UAE market and customer preferences.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Prior experience working in sports retail or cricket-focused stores.

**What We Offer**:

- Salary AED 2500 To AED 4000
- Annual Leave As per the labor Law of UAE.
- Health insurance.
- Permanent employment visa as per work contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
