Lincoln Star Real Estate Development LLC is a leading company in Real Estate Development dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and development sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a university in Dubai.
- **UAE driving license** is mandatory.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a plus.
