Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food trading and HORECA sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data using CRM tools.
- Travel within assigned territory as needed (driving license is mandatory).
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in food trading or HORECA sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
