**Job Title**: Civil Site Foreman

**Location**: Ajman

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate civil works (RCC, block work, plastering, etc.).
- Oversee workers (masons, helpers, etc.) and assign tasks according to project requirements.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction specifications.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers for project updates and resolve on-site issues.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction activities.
- Report project progress and issues to the site manager or client.

**Experience**
- **Minimum Work Experience**:

- At least **3-5 years** of hands-on experience in construction site management, especially in **civil works** (RCC, masonry, and basic structural works).
- **Experience in Specific Areas**:

- **RCC Works**: Casting of slabs, beams, columns, foundations
- **Block Masonry**: Experience with brick/block laying for walls, foundations
- **Demolition Works**: Experience with small-scale demolition of concrete and masonry
- **Shuttering**: Supervising shuttering/formwork for RCC works
- Experience managing small teams (masonry, RCC, and helpers).
