**Accounting Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing transactions and supporting documents.
- Recording accounting entries using software such as XERO, Quickbooks, Sage.
- Maintain company ledgers and record all daily financial transactions.
- Prepare payment vouchers for approval.
- Prepare sales invoices.
- Processing bank payments accurately and within expected time periods.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Drafting regulatory returns.
- Liaise with the external auditor for the year-end audit.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting here in the UAE.
- Knowledgeable in using XERO, Quickbooks, Sage and Excel.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
