Tax Associate

Tax and Accounting UAE Experience is a must.
- Tax associates prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and institutions. Ensure that all tax-related filings are compliant with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Monitors and maintains accurate records of each client’s tax situation. Formulates, implements, and evaluates legal tax reduction strategies.
- Performs Tax Audit
- Ensures company documents and filing are compliant with IRS regulations at both the federal and state levels.
- Advises clients on tax strategies, compensation and benefit plans, and accounting systems.
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex indirect tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Maintain tax balances on general ledger
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
- Ensuring clients comply with FTA regulations and meet their federal tax obligations.
- Analyzing and minimizing tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.
- Reviewing financial records, income statements, and expenditures for tax purpose.
- Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for corporate entities and individual.
- Researching tax issues and assisting with tax audits.
- Consulting with clients, reviewing their tax information, and responding to questions and concerns.
- Advising clients on tax queries and accounting systems.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

**Key Tasks**
- Tax return preparation
- Prepare corporate, fiduciary (complex, grantor, simple and split
- interest), gift, individual, partnership, and private foundation tax returns, including preparation of work papers and lead sheets; preparation of tax projections and related estimated payments; analyze client information and offer recommendations for reducing client tax liabilities; perform tax research.
- General accounting for client business’ to be used in preparing indirect tax returns, including preparation of trial balances and related adjusting journal entries, preparing deposits and disbursement requests.
- Stay current on latest tax law changes. Take advantage of continuing education opportunities.
- Assist with general administrative functions of the Tax Department.
- Assist with other Corporate accounting projects as needed.
- Analyze documents at the stage of pre-audit and develop audit plans in accordance with laid down procedures.
- Provide support for accounting, and audit answer to inquiries.
- Responsible for ensuring proper taxation of inbound and outbound expatriate employees.
- Review and approve all payments and return by tax vendors whether on a weekly, biweekly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Administer all internal audits and ensure strict compliance regarding all documents concerned.
- Stay Updated on Tax Law.

**Salary**: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
