**We are hiring for two distinct roles: (Male and Female)** **1. Outdoor Sales Executive (Field-Based)** This role is for a proactive "hunter" who thrives on building relationships and generating new business in the field. - **Key Responsibilities**: - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, architects, developers, and project managers. - Visit construction sites and client offices to present our product portfolio and understand project requirements. - Conduct site surveys and take initial measurements to assist with accurate quoting. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of projects. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. **2. Indoor Sales Executive (Showroom-Based)** This role is for a consultative "advisor" who excels at customer service and converting inquiries into sales from our showroom. - **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide expert advice on our range of aluminium and glass products. - Understand client needs and recommend a-ppropriate design and technical solutions. - Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on client specifications and drawings. - Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales. - Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure product displays are up-to-date. **Qualifications for Both Roles**: - Proven track record in a sales role (minimum [2+] years experience). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. - Ability to understand technical product details and client requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. **Specific Requirements**: - **For Outdoor Sales**: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential. Experience in the construction, building materials, or fitout industry is highly preferred. - **For Indoor Sales**: Experience in a showroom environment or with interior design products is a strong advantage. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
