_Min 3-4 years’ Experience in FACILITIES MANAGEMENT and BUILDING MAINTENANCE in UAE. Should know the local market._
- _Able to work independently with minimum supervision._
- _Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers._
- _Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals._
- _Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address._
- _Working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment._
- _Working toward weekly and monthly sales targets._
- _Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills._
- _Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business._
- _Account planning to develop new business opportunities within client accounts._

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & BUILDING MAINTENANCE: 2 years (preferred)
