Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Role deliverables and responsibilities for this position include:
Sales & Account Management:
Develop the online vertical for product category by leveraging key partnerships with prominent E Commerce partners.
Responsible for the complete P&L, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing & gross margins.
Accountable to deliver eCommerce, online & Emerging Channels sales targets as per budgeted Plan.
Negotiate and align business plans with online clients.
Liaison Closely with Ecommerce partners, Brand and Marketing team to ensure sell through, Brand Visibility, promotions, exclusive Deals & long term/short term Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with ecommerce Partners to develop exclusive product ranges and working closely with Brand team, Marketing team and ecommerce team to ensure successful Launch.
- Work with internal and external stake holders in Joint Business Plan, Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Business Plan.
- Responsible for end-to-end Activation, Strategy, Growth and Sales of the category.
- Be an expert of ecommerce both internally and externally. Effectively plan and monitor business performance
- Shares Competition Analysis, Business Analysis, Experience and best practices with Team members (Top Management, brand Managers and relevant internal stake holders)
- Define Ecommerce Dashboard with clear KPIs qualitative (Sell in, Sell Out, market data & digital shelf)
- Upskilling assigned support team members to ensure smooth and timely deliverables for operations, cataloguing and other ecommerce activities.
- Ensure operational excellence through planning, forecasting, in collaboration with supply chain team.
Must haves:
- Strong Ecommerce Knowledge, Highly analytical & familiar with Ecommerce Knowledge
- Equally comfortable co-developing a strategy & also implementing it with brand teams day-to-day.
- Familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
- Strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
- Demonstrative skills in handling many assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Analytical, process-oriented, & comfortable with data analysis tools
- Have in-depth knowledge of markets, competition, and audiences in order to curate and create relevant and engaging content that helps drive engagement.
- Lead brainstorming, ideations, and conversations around Analytics, Growth and Sell through for both big ideas for key launches and strategy.
- Plan, develops and execute monthly social media content calendar.
- Optimize performance of performance media.
- Effectively track & report consumer data, insights, and learnings
MBA/ Graduate with strong analytical & selling skills
Industries - Ecommerce
Experience 3 Years to 10 years as KAM (ecommerce) GCC region.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
