**What you'll be doing**

As a Lead Solution Architect within our Group Technology function, you will drive the design and evolution of omnichannel retail and supply chain solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with Retail and Supply Chain teams to lead digital transformation, focusing on:

- Solution & technical architecture
- End-to-end design
- Product evaluation
- Technology impact assessment
- Solution blueprints (As-Is & To-Be)

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead high-level technical architecture and design for projects, working alongside development teams and external partners.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of architectural and design conflicts.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Group Architecture principles.
- Evaluate third-party solutions, conducting detailed technical assessments and advising on their integration into our architecture landscape.
- Guide and collaborate with external development partners on low-level technical design and solution delivery.
- Ensure solution designs align with the long-term IT strategic roadmap.
- Partner with other Solution Architects to develop scalable and adaptable architectural solutions, including peer reviews of deliverables.
- Present and evaluate project architecture and artifacts at technology governance forums to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead Design Authority sessions to assess proposed designs against established standards and frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the development of the Business Technology Strategy.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- You possess 8 to 12 years of experience in Omnichannel Retail & Supply Chain IT solutions.
- You are an expert in Retail ERP (Oracle, SAP Retail), WMS, Finance, POS, eCommerce, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Execution.
- You have a strong knowledge of RDBMS, APIs, microservices, integration technologies, and cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- You have experience managing complex, multi-platform solutions and global IT projects.
- You possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- You have the ability to drive digital transformation and align solutions with business goals.
