We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Website Developer to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in creating innovative and visually appealing websites for a diverse range of clients. As a WordPress Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand website requirements, goals, and target audience.

Develop customized WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Perform website updates, enhancements, and maintenance tasks, including content management, bug fixes, and performance optimization.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring websites are error-free and fully functional.

Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive and impactful websites.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a WordPress Website Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress development projects.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Expertise in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, adhering to WordPress coding standards and best practices.

Knowledge of responsive web design principles and frameworks (such as Bootstrap).

Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Experience with website optimization techniques, including performance optimization, caching, and minification.

Understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO best practices in website development.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms, such as Drupal, Joomla, Shopify, or Magento.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (such as React or Vue.js) and modern JavaScript libraries.

Familiarity with server administration and hosting environments.

Understanding of website security best practices and experience implementing security measures.

Experience with graphic design tools (such as Photoshop or Sketch) for basic image editing and optimization.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
