If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love solving technical challenges, and have a passion for creating high-performance websites, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:WordPress Development: Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites to meet business needs. Develop custom themes and plugins with a focus on scalability and performance.API Integration: Design and implement API integrations with third-party tools and services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing API connections. Optimise API performance for seamless integration with the WordPress platform.Backend Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Manage database structures, queries, and optimisations for WordPress websites.Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and backend teams to ensure seamless user experiences. Support team members by providing technical guidance on WordPress and API-related tasks.Documentation: Maintain documentation for custom code, integrations, and processes.What We're Looking For3+ years of professional WordPress development experience. Proven experience integrating and managing APIs within WordPress.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth.Experience with WordPress core, themes, and plugin development.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred: Experience with WooCommerce and its APIs. Knowledge of server-side technologies and hosting environments.
