**Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have UAE Experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING**:

- Preparing drawings, sketches, and models of building designs to communicate with clients and other architects
- Preparing bids for construction projects, including estimating materials, labor costs, and other expenses required to complete the project
- Reviewing blueprints made by other architects or engineers to ensure they meet building codes and industry standards
- Preparing drawings of plans for structures such as houses, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes
- Drafting plans and specifications for new construction projects using computer software programs
