**Architectural Draughtsman-Designer**

**Experienced Architectural Draughtsman-Designer needed for immediate start. Must have proven consultancy experience in detailed architectural drawings, plans, and lay-outs for high-rise buildings projects.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts for high-rise building projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient drafting.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project leads.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Maintain drawing files and records in an organized manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years UAE Consultancy experience as an Architectural Draughtsman-Designer in high-rise building projects, specifically in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, local building codes, and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drafts.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality submission procedures is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
