- Create and manage budgets for paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Campaign Execution**:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking mechanisms (such as conversion pixels, UTM codes).
- Write compelling ad copy and design creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- **Performance Monitoring & Optimization**:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and overall campaign success.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to create engaging ads.
- Communicate regularly with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- **Platform Expertise**:
- Stay updated with the latest changes in digital advertising platforms and algorithm updates.
- Implement new features, beta tests, and innovations to stay ahead of competitors.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and drive optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
