**Job Summary**:
The Junior Chief Technology Officer (Junior CTO) will assist in overseeing the technological direction of the company, with a focus on enhancing user experience through strong UI/UX design and coding expertise. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to implement technology strategies, managing development projects, and ensuring that the company's technology framework is robust and user-friendly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Incorporate UI/UX best practices into the company's technological solutions to improve user experience.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in coding and development activities, providing hands-on support and guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in UI/UX design and familiarity with design tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
- Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
- Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
