for the below positions:
**1. HSE Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor the project-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with ADNOC and company safety standards.
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to the workforce.
- Ensure all safety signage, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures are in place.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, permits, and audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or ADNOC-approved HSE certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably on ADNOC or similar projects.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

**2. HSE Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HSE Officer in developing and coordinating HSE plans and procedures.
- Monitor and report the implementation of HSE measures across the project site.
- Liaise with ADNOC representatives, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with safety requirements.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety meetings.
- Maintain detailed HSE records and ensure timely submission to ADNOC and internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety or related field.
- ADNOC-approved HSE certifications (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or demolition industry.

- Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and requirements.
