**About Us**:

As part of our expansion, we are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our **RAKEZ office in Ras Al Khaimah** as **Business Setup Consultancy Manager** and **Business Setup Consultants**.

**Key Responsibilities (Manager)**:

- Manage and oversee the **complete lifecycle of company formation** across RAKEZ, other Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.
- Provide **strategic advisory** on licensing, visas, and corporate structuring.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the consultancy team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **RAKEZ authorities, government departments, and banks**.
- Develop tailored **business setup solutions and proposals** for clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE’s legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive departmental revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities (Consultants)**:

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on business setup processes.
- Coordinate with government and Free Zone authorities to ensure timely processing.
- Support the Manager in achieving overall team targets.

**Requirements (Manager)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in UAE business setup consultancy.
- Strong expertise in **RAKEZ, Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation**.
- Proven leadership and **team management skills**.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

**Requirements (Consultants)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in UAE business setup consultancy.
- Knowledge of RAKEZ or other Free Zone company formation processes.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
