**Job Summary**:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting all aspects of the human resources function in the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll support, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining personnel records. The role ensures the hotel maintains a positive and professional work environment for its staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, records, and HR documents (e.g., contracts, performance reviews).
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Assist with staff performance evaluations and monitor employee discipline processes.
- Organize and facilitate employee training sessions and orientation programs.
- Handle employee queries and resolve work-related issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support hotel management in employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Driving License preferable

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
