We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **MEP Draughtsman** to join our dynamic team. As an MEP Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating and revising detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for building construction projects, ensuring that designs meet industry standards and project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or other CAD software, following industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project needs and develop design solutions.
- Review and modify plans as needed based on project changes or feedback from engineers.
- Ensure all MEP systems are properly integrated with architectural and structural designs.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., civil, architectural) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create as-built drawings at the completion of the project.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawing revisions and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to MEP drafting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in MEP drafting within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and their integration in construction projects.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
