**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Process payments and handle billing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle administrative duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience in a dental clinic** or medical office preferred
- **Dental background or Dentistry graduate** is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer and office software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills
