Job Overview

We are looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and capable of handling both clinical assistance and front desk responsibilities efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Dental Assistant Duties

  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Maintain proper infection control and clinic hygiene
  • Support patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
  • Assist with X-rays, impressions, and chairside support
  • Maintain stock of dental materials and consumables

Reception & Administrative Duties

  • Greet patients and manage front desk operations
  • Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in patients
  • Maintain patient records (manual or software-based)
  • Coordinate billing, basic insurance handling, and payments
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist preferred
  • Knowledge of basic dental procedures and instruments is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam is a plus)
  • DHA license or eligibility letter
  • Candidates with own valid UAE visa preferred
