**4. Manage Telecommunications Expenses**:
- Monitor telephone bills for excess usage and implement cost-saving measures.
- Recover excess charges from responsible employees through established procedures.
**5. Provide Administrative Support**:
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to company employees as needed.
- Maintain a proactive approach to addressing employee inquiries and requests.
**6. Facilitate Management Travel**:
- Organize and schedule efficient travel arrangements for the management team.
- Ensure all travel logistics are well-coordinated and meet management needs.
**7. Oversee Office Supplies Inventory**:
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategies for optimal resource allocation and potential cost reductions.
**8. Manage Vendor Relations**:
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to secure the best rates and conditions for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure quality service and responsiveness.
**9. Implement Inventory Management System**:
- Establish and manage an efficient office inventory management system for optimal stock control.
- Develop streamlined procedures for inventory tracking and replenishment.
**10. Manage Utility Bill Payments**:
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to utility bill vendors.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption for potential cost-saving opportunities.
**11. Troubleshoot IT Issues**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic internet connectivity and access issues within the office.
- Escalate complex IT problems to the designated support team.
**12. Onboarding Process - New Employee SIM Cards**:
- Secure new corporate SIM cards for new joiners as part of the onboarding process.
- Ensure proper allocation of these SIM cards to new employees.
- Streamline the onboarding process for new employees.
**14. Manage Valuer Cards (RERA - Dubai, Ajman & Abu Dhabi)**:
- Maintain and manage Valuer cards for Dubai, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi (as applicable).
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations regarding Valuer card requirements.
**15. Manage External Events & Internet Services**:
- Coordinate logistics and manage internet access for external events organized by the company.
