We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT in Dubai, UAE.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our services, establishing strong client relationships, and driving business growth within the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives within the maritime sector.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the maritime industry.

Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.

3. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify market needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Analyse data and insights to identify potential areas for growth and market penetration.

4. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and meet their expectations.

5. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports to track performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.

Provide feedback and insights to senior management to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the maritime or related industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the maritime industry, including ship management and operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
