Join us in creating an energy resilient world for a better future Why You Will Love This Job Regional Channel Manager AMPS Opportunity In order to support the growth of our AMPS (Aftermarket Parts & Service) business, we are looking for a Channel Manager to lead distribution channels across the Middle East and East Africa. You will manage a portfolio and play a key role in the strategic development of our distributor and dealer network in the region. Main missions Define market share objectives and financial plans for channel partners. Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans. Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews leading to increased sales of Parts. Manage governance meetings (Channel Change Board, Sales Force, etc.). Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams. Profile Business, Marketing, or Engineering background. 3–5 years of Heavy Industrial Equipment within market experience in Aftermarket Parts, Service/Sales. Proven track record in channel development and partner management. Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%). Middle East, Eastern Africa & France. Understanding generators, engines, transfer switches and related controls is not required but helps.
