A leading access control solutions provider catering to the Hospitality industry is looking for Tele Sales Executives. This is a good position for professionals who have a flair to have a professional conversation over the phone. This is the right position for recent graduates / Tele Sales professionals who are enthusiastic and proactive.
- Tele Sales Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent Communication and sales skills.
- Experience in Hotel /Hospitality industry would be an asset.
- Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
- Highly customer-focused and problem-solving skills.
- Work with key accounts to develop new business, upselling to present clients

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to recommend the company's products to customers, and convert potential customers into real customers.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
