**Job Purpose**

The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting all field service activities. The role ensures efficient job execution, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate field service schedules based on team availability, job priority, and customer requirements.
- Ensure all resources—tools, equipment, personnel, and documentation—are ready for each job.
- Maintain accurate and complete service records, including job reports, completion certificates, and site inspection notes.
- Review the job completion documents and quotation and share all required documents for invoicing.
- Track field assignments and ensure timely job completion.
- Identify delays or recurring issues and report them for corrective action.
- Support manpower planning and performance evaluation through data insights.
- Enter all service job details accurately into the ERP system, including reports and certificates.
- **E**nsure all field activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
- Report incidents, unsafe practices, and non-compliance. Coordinate with agents and ensure timely service-related updates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers on job progress, requirements, and closures.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in job allocation, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Experience in Marine Industry will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

**Note : Salary is negotiable based on expertise.**
