**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repair, and security.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage and monitor facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Handle facility-related issues and respond to employee concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage the scheduling of facility services, including cleaning, waste management, and security.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle emergencies efficiently.

**Education**:

- A diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
