Follow up with the onsite team providing daily briefing.
- Maintaining the timesheet for the staff.
- Daily checking of staff uniforms & hygiene.
- Maintaining the daily reporting to the higher management
- Ensure that the staff is working with proper safety and methodology.
- Performing all the required tasks which are instructed by the management & client side as well.
- Monitoring the onsite reporting and acting accordingly and as necessary.
- Check the project on daily basis and report to the Facility Manager for upcoming issues and ongoing works.
- Attending the meeting if required.
- Provide a demonstration of the project if necessary.
- Meeting the owners/residents and building good relationship to grow the company’s reputation.
- Maintain always positive attitude towards the work and the staff.
- Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly, & yearly reports as per requirements and also as Facility supervisor.
- All kinds of reports to be maintained for improvement purposes.
- Arrange all the PPMs during the month and keep them in proper order.
- Manage the project according to the rules & regulations of the UAE.
- Submit all the necessary reports to the management.
- All the mechanical & building systems are to be checked and keep updated the management about the status for necessary action.
- Coordinate with department-to-department reporting in a professional way upon approval from Facility Manager.
- Evaluate existing systems and act accordingly.
- Identify technical problems and report to the Facility Manager / Higher Management.
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery, and other operations
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Document lost and found items to be kept safe in the project & report accordingly.
- Perform random checks in the project
- Participate in emergency situations and handling in a professional way.
