Logistics & Shipping - Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Well experience in import Export documentation Customs shipment Import amp Export LC
- Proven experience in logistics/shipping solid knowledge of logistics procedures DG good understanding of documents procedures and Liner Operations methods.
- Strong Knowledge of Insurance Manage Letters of Credits.
- Managing all important documents such as advanced shipping notices, pick slips, bills of lading, etc.
- Strong Planning strong and schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments to ensure timely proper delivery of products.
- Ensure materials are delivered to customer in a timely manner as per client’s criteria.
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters specifications and costs. Negotiate rates with carriers
- coordinate with factory operation and forwards shipping line Port amp Customs and ensure its completion till clearance and logistic br Liaise with Operations for trade shipment information and follow
- Using software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
- Properly followed within specifically required timing by liner and route planning.
- Arrange and Monitor vessel supplies, in coordination with ship boarding agents.
- Managing operator agreements/control of the performances/checking invoices etc.
- Monitor vessel schedules and ensure appropriate updates to operation & Sales teams.
- Arrival notice to be sent to the customers once the vessel departs from the load port.
- Coordinate with the Ships Agency team for handling issues when the vessel is under operation at ports. Inform the Principal immediately and act as per their instruction. Liaising with the authorities if required.
- Prepare B L draft as per SI received from customers and forward the same to the customer and obtain draft confirmation.
- Coordinate with origins destinations customers and internal department to ensure all certifications any special processes for shipments are well maintained to increase the level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organization, planning Full knowledge of supply chain processes Documents and operations
- Full knowledge of Imco Terms Handling - Dubai Trade for Customs Documentation & Calogi Good Knowledge of shipping services/ products, terms, and practices.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with Internal & External Customers Schedule visits to the Shipping Lines.
- Full knowledge of supply chain processes Documents and operations of Liner **Online DG/NON-DG.**:

- Bookings Submit Line Shipping Instructions to Given Liner Dead Lines without any Penalties
- Handling the Sea freight import/export LCL, Air Freight International Trucking customer service, and operations/ Documentation

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- A degree in the supply chain, logistics, or relative field is a definite plus or related field
- Proven work experience 5+Years in operations in shipping liner, logistics, or freight forwarding company **( OIL & GAS ) - DG in UAE**:

- Experience in Shipping Liner Operation if you had valuable experience in B/L processing handling Port operations aware of Export Processing knowledge in Jebel Ali Port / Hamriyah Port documents.
- Attention to detail Problem-solving abilities
- Sea freight import/export LCL, Air Freight International Trucking customer service and operations/ Documentation from Cross trade & Cross Stuffing.
- Full knowledge of Liner Online **DG Bookings** Submit on Line Shipping
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dubai Trade, and online document procedures.
- Customer-service oriented & Excellent organizational skills.
- **Valid UAE driving license.**
