**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Relationship Manager** to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. The role involves managing client portfolios, providing property solutions, and supporting sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in closing deals and maintaining after-sales relationships.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular client reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
