**Sales Executive: Fire Rated Wood Doors**

A leading Fire Rated Steel and Wood Door manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking to hire Project Sales professionals with below requirements:
- A successful sales professional with experience in managing and building existing and new accounts.
- A solid base of contacts within the construction industry, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Responsible for providing, as needed, technical services/sales or presentation during the sales process
- To acquire a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and propose the right solutions for each requirement
- To acquire comprehensive technical knowledge on products and solutions to establish new business opportunities.
- To develop and maintain a sales pipeline so that the sales targets are met regularly and ongoing.
- To be able to read and understand architectural drawings/installation instructions, as required for the job.
- To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort.

Requirements:
- Minimum **5 years of Sales experience in the UAE **(or in the GCC). Experience in **Project Sales** preferred.
- Experience in **Door and Hardware industry or Construction/ Wood/ Joinery Industry **preferred.
- **Engineering and MBA graduates** preferred.
- **UAE/ GCC Driving license** preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation and presentation skills. Must be capable of achieving sales targets and increasing project sales.

Remuneration: - Commensurate with technical product knowledge, experience and past performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Project Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction/ Wood/ Joinery/ Door & Hardware Industry: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales in UAE/ GCC: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE/ GCC Driving License (preferred)
