Position Overview: The Senior Art Director at Synergy-Konvergense will be responsible for leading and inspiring the creative team to develop innovative and visually stunning designs for various advertising and marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Interviews will be conducted virtually, and we are looking for professionally qualified candidates with relevant local experience in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities: - Creative Leadership: Direct and oversee the creative team to ensure the delivery of top-notch designs that align with client objectives. - Concept Development: Develop and conceptualize creative ideas that effectively represent the brand’s core values and resonate with the target audience. - Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and other departments to create cohesive and compelling campaigns. - Client Interaction: Present creative concepts to clients, articulate design rationale, and handle feedback professionally. - Quality Assurance: Supervise the quality of the work produced, ensuring that it meets the highest industry standards. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, nurturing their growth and professional development. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. - Master’s degree or further professional qualifications would be a plus. Professional Experience: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or digital agency. - Proven track record of successfully leading creative projects from concept to completion. - Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and creativity. Skills and Other Requirements: - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools. - Strong understanding of visual principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of local market trends and cultural sensibilities in Dubai, UAE. Additional Preferences: - Experience in digital advertising, including social media, web design, and interactive media is mandatory. - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and other professional commitments.
