You will drive awareness, trust, and engagement across target markets—government, enterprise, academia, and the broader public. Inception is the UAE's national‐scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer a domain‐specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost‐effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute internal creative design projects including branding materials, logos for products or initiatives, and internal campaign assets Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all internal and external communications Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (marketing, product, HR, leadership) to craft compelling visual presentations and branded content Design and elevate PowerPoint/keynote presentations for leadership and internal events Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelance resources as needed Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources Explore and integrate AI‐powered design tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation Qualifications 10+ years of experience in visual design, content design, or art direction Previous experience in an agency setting or on an in‐house brand/creative team Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity, and presentation design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint; experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) is a plus Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and digital design trends Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with cross‐functional partners Highly organized with an eye for detail and consistency Self‐motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership Nice to Have Motion design or animation experience Interest or background in marketing strategy or storytelling Educational Requirement Bachelor's degree in Art or equivalent What We Look For If you are a performance‐driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
