If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: - Oversee chemical and analytical testing for raw material, in-process, and finished product testing. - Lead and supervise chemical analysts and technicians. - Support internal and external audits. - Maintain accurate records of all testing and analysis - Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE. - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and lab operations. - Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines. - Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
