If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: Oversee chemical and analytical testing for raw material, in-process, and finished product testing. Lead and supervise chemical analysts and technicians. Support internal and external audits. Maintain accurate records of all testing and analysis. Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. To be successful you will need to meet the following: Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and lab operations. Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
