Job Description :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and oversee the development and management of our retail product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our retail products by identifying market trends, conducting market research, and developing and implementing product strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor products and strategies
2. Develop and implement product strategies to ensure the success and growth of the retail product line
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
4. Define product features, specifications, and pricing based on market research and customer feedback
5. Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates
6. Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes based on sales data and customer feedback
7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging
8. Train and educate sales teams on product features and benefits to ensure successful product launches
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for product enhancements or new product ideas
10. Manage product budgets and ensure cost-effective production and distribution
11. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats to the product line

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the retail industry
3. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products
4. Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
8. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and product management software
10. Experience working with cross-functional teams
11. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
