Key Responsibilities - Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables. - Create, document, and maintain manual and automated test cases, along with related test artifacts. - Actively participate in planning and executing system integration testing, regression, and smoke testing across multiple applications. - Proactively identify and implement enhancements to quality assurance processes and procedures. - Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing, defect isolation, and defect tracking. - Identify all potential issues and ensure that they are corrected before the product goes live. Skills - Hands‑on experience with Playwright using TypeScript, or a similar test automation framework and language. - Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured). - Clear understanding of the system architecture principles. - Adept with common programming languages. Functional & Domain Requirements - Banking compliance domain: AML/CFT & sanctions screening touchpoints, regulatory control requirements impacting transaction flows and approvals. - Core/payment platform integration: E2E functional validation across channel → services/APIs → core banking/payment hub, including cut-offs and exception handling. Qualifications and Experience - At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/software testing, with at least 3 years dedicated to the fintech and banking industry. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. - ISTQB Foundation level or similar. Good to have - Performance testing using K6, Gatlin or similar tools. - Security Testing.
