- Support internal and external customers on existing software issues.

- Write and maintain documentation related to system development.
- Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Support for business partners.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution industries.

Technical Competencies

- Low code/no code platform.
- Oracle 10g or higher.
- SQL/PLSQL.
