We are committed to: - Excellence - Responsibility - Empowerment - Connectivity - Courage Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the on-site structural engineering team, ensuring work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. - Manage the day-to-day structural activities on-site, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. - Conduct regular inspections of structural elements, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs, ensuring they meet project and regulatory standards. - Implement and maintain quality control measures for materials and workmanship, preventing defects and ensuring structural integrity. - Conduct additional structural calculations and provide technical guidance to ensure construction methods are safe and compliant. - Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to align structural activities with overall project goals and timelines. - Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, addressing structural concerns and clarifying technical details to maintain workflow efficiency. - Provides input to the monthly progress report as directed by the Resident Engineer. - Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and non-compliance reports, for project tracking and audit purposes. - Ensure all on-site structural activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Requirements: - Master's / Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. - 7+ years of experience in Structural Engineering projects related to buildings/airport. - Proven experience with mass concrete, including hot-weather concrete practices. - Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
